Course Description

Join Tom McCook for this engaging, health-enhancing recorded Master class, combining the Franklin Method with Pilates Mat!

Tom will guide you in a skillful progression of Franklin Method tension-release, embodiment exercises and mobility drills to improve your biomechanics, connection to your body and movement ability. We’ll then seamlessly apply the lesson to corrective exercise sequences, theraband conditioning exercises, and Pilates Mat using effective cuing for an amazing movement experience and optimal results! During the last 10 minutes, gain some valuable insights from the Q&A with Tom.
