In this health-enhancing 1 hour Mat Class, Tom with skillfully lead you through a Franklin Method warm up, a seamless progression of full body joint mobility, tension releasing exercises, and movements to improve gait and posture. He combines this with Pilates Mat exercises for a balanced movement experience.

This is appropriate for all levels to improve & restore function and wellness. This is also a great antidote for anyone that sits too much!
