Join Tom McCook for this enlivening and balanced full-body, skillful progression on the Pilates Chair! In this 90 minute Master Class, you’ll be guided with clear set up and effective cuing to help you connect and organize your body throughout this transforming movement experience! Interwoven into the progression will be both traditional and contemporary chair exercises to enhance function, integrate the upper and lower body, and create strength, resilience and a confident body!
